Return Policy

At Champlin Technova LLC, we take pride in delivering healthy, high-quality plants. Due to the perishable and fragile nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that issues may arise during transit, and we’re here to help when they do.


1. Eligibility for Returns or Replacements

We only offer returns or replacements under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Upon Arrival: If your plant arrives visibly damaged or in poor condition.

  • Wrong Item Shipped: If you received a different plant/product from what you ordered.

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA): If the plant arrives dead due to transit delays or extreme conditions.


2. Return Request Process

To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photos of:

    • The plant in its original packaging

    • Any visible damage or issues

    • The shipping label

3. Return Approval

Once we review your request:

  • If approved, we will issue either:

    • A replacement (subject to availability)

    • A store credit

    • A refund to the original payment method (in rare cases)

  • If your request is denied (e.g. reported too late, no visible damage, etc.), we will inform you by email.


4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Customer errors (e.g., incorrect shipping address)

  • Plants damaged due to improper unpacking or care

  • Aesthetic variations (size, shape, color) — all plants are unique

  • Change of mind after shipping


5. Shipping Costs

We do not cover return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The item was damaged due to our error


6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, the order will be processed and cannot be changed.
