Thank you for shopping with Champlin Technova LLC. We are committed to delivering your plants safely and quickly. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Note: Live plants may require extra preparation time to ensure safe packaging.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer standard shipping within the United States through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather, and carrier delays.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Package size

  • Delivery location

Free shipping may be offered on promotional items or qualifying orders (subject to terms).


4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Some plant types may not be shipped to certain states due to agricultural restrictions (e.g., California, Hawaii).


5. Warm Weather & Cold Weather Protection

  • During extreme temperatures, we may include heat packs or insulation to protect your plants.

  • If weather conditions are unsafe for shipping plants, we may delay shipment and notify you.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment status.


7. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the carrier

Please contact the shipping carrier directly if tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package.


8. Damaged Shipments

If your plants arrive damaged, please refer to our Return Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • The damaged plant

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label
